Olga Naiman

Olga Naiman is an interior designer, author, and former magazine editor with over 25 years of experience at publications including House Beautiful, Elle Décor, and Domino. She is the author of Spatial Alchemy: Design Your Home to Transform Your Life (Artisan, 2025), featured in The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, and Elle Decor. The Washington Post called her a "design therapist." Olga's work lives at the intersection of interior design, psychology, and transformation — she helps women stop designing for who they were and start designing for who they're becoming. She also designed InnerMost, a psychedelic therapy center in NYC, where the environment was created to hold people in vulnerable states with safety and somatic calm. Olga arrived in America as a Soviet refugee at age three, and designing her teenage bedroom became her first act of reclaiming selfhood. That impulse became a methodology. She lives in the Hudson Valley.
