About the Host

Terrika Surrenity is the creator and host of the Spiritually HER Podcast, a space devoted to self-discovery, spiritual alignment, and the freedom that comes from choosing yourself....fully and unapologetically.

A Memphis native now based in Georgia, Terrika carries ancestral roots connected to the Gullah Geechee lineage, which deeply influences her relationship with spirituality, intuition, and ancestral wisdom. She is a multidimensional creative whose expression spans singing, writing, authorship, music, painting, and visual art, with work featured and sold in various spaces, including academic institutions.

Certified to work with children with special needs, Terrika’s life and career have strengthened her empathy, intuition, and ability to meet people where they are. A natural seer, she has refined her intuitive gifts through meditation, spiritual study, past life regression work, and years of unlearning and self remembrance.

After a lifetime of trying to fit into spaces that were never designed to hold her, Terrika embraced her neurodivergence and multidimensional nature by choosing to stop dimming and fully become herself. She is also the founder of 726: The Self-Care Emporium, a business rooted in intentional living, restoration, and alignment.

As a mother, creator, and spiritual practitioner, Terrika created Spiritually HER for women who are ready to become the highest version of themselves....not who the world told them to be. This is a space for growth, sisterhood, and rising together in truth.
